Abilene Christian University selects StatBroadcast technologies for athletics

ABILENE, TEXAS -- Abilene Christian University reached an agreement with StatBroadcast Systems to use StatMonitr technology for on-campus athletic events for the remainder of the 2011 school year and the 2011-2012 academic year. Abilene Christian will use StatBroadcast's StatMonitr web-based stats for their media and staff.

"We're pleased to announce our new partnership with Abilene Christian University and they represent an important step forward for our company," said StatBroadcast president Nate Policar. "We are continuing our mission of making our technologies accessible to all collegiate athletic programs, regardless of their classification, enrollment or athletics budget, and Abilene Christian not only represents the first, of what we hope to be many, Division-II programs to start using our services, but also the highest caliber of athletics at the Division II level."

Abilene Christian is a private university located in Abilene, Texas. It was founded in 1906, has an enrollment of about 5,000 students and is located about 150 miles to the west of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
