NASHVILLE, TENN. -- Belmont University and StatBroadcast Systems announced today that they have reached agreement to use the StatBroadcast Live platform for Belmont athletic events during the upcoming school year, beginning August 2013. Belmont is the 100th university to partner with StatBroadcast to provide real-time stats to media and/or fans.

Belmont University is a private libral arts university located in Nashville, Tennessee. It is the second largest private university in the state with an enrollment of 6,650. The Belmont Bruins compete in 17 varsity sports at the NCAA Division-I level and just finished their first year of competition as members of the Ohio Valley Conference, having previously competed in the Atlantic Sun Conference. The Belmont men's basketball team reached the NCAA Tournament in five of seven years between 2007 and 2012, capturing five conference championships over that span and setting a school mark with a 30-win campaign in 2011.

With the addition of Belmont, all four Nashville Division-I athletic programs, including Vanderbilt, Lipscomb and Tennessee State, are now partners of StatBroadcast. Belmont is also the eighth Tennessee school to partner with StatBroadcast.
