Atlantic Sun Conference tabs StatBroadcast for conference scoreboard, championships

MACON, GA. -- The Atlantic Sun Conference reached agreement with StatBroadcast Systems today on a new partnership to help enhance the real-time information available to fans, media members and member institutions. StatBroadcast has agreed to provide the Atlantic Sun with a real-time conference scoreboard for all events played on the campuses of its ten members. StatBroadcast will also provide a live stats feed for fans via the web, a mobile site and its media stats system for all Atlantic Sun Conference championships in 2012-13.

The Atlantic Sun Conference is an NCAA Division-I athletic conference located in Macon, Georgia. Established in 1978, it currently has ten member universities, located throughout the southeastern US. The conference, which was formerly known as the Trans America Athletic Conference until 2001, sponsors 17 sports. Its current membership is made up of East Tennessee State, Florida Gulf Coast, Jacksonville, Kennesaw State, Lipscomb, Mercer, Northern Kentucky, North Florida, South Carolina Upstate and Stetson.
